Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 30-day free trial starts the moment you create an account — no payment information required. After your trial ends, you'll be prompted to subscribe through the App Store or Google Play.
How does the online booking portal work?
You get a unique booking link to share with clients (or add to your website). Clients pick a date and available time slot from your actual schedule. You receive a push notification and can confirm or decline from the app. No phone tag required.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes — if you're coming from Gazelle, you can import your client list directly from a Gazelle CSV export. Go to Settings → Import from Gazelle, select your file, and Mazurka will map your existing clients and flag any duplicates before importing. Clients from other sources can be added quickly from the app as well.
Does it work offline?
Mazurka Suite is backed by Firebase Firestore, which caches your data locally. You can view existing clients and appointments without a connection. Changes sync automatically when you're back online.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. All data is stored in Google Firestore with automatic replication and daily backups. Your data is never stored only on your device.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted.
Is there a desktop or web version?
Not currently. Mazurka Suite is a mobile-first app for iOS and Android. The customer-facing booking portal is web-based and works on any device, but the technician app is mobile only.
How do I get help or report a bug?
